Raoul’s career with the U.S. Department of
Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has spanned
managing field offices to regional management. Safety and Health professionals
throughout the U.S and internationally rate his seminars as the “best” because
of his hands-on approach. His OSHA assignment with the federal law
enforcement agents in the investigation of the World Trade Center bombing earned
him the Secretary of Labor’s Exceptional Achievement Award. Raoul is also
a Department of Homeland Security Safety and Health Manager. He spent weeks at
“Ground Zero” with FEMA after the 9/11 attack in New York. His experience
has called him to be deployed at numerous natural disasters such as Katrina and
the California Floods of August 2006,
Hurricane Ike, Galveston, TX, and Massachusetts Ice Storm, 2009. When he
